And another new kit!

I don't know what I have today, but I bought another kit today for the AJC. This time a kit from Ruby Rynne (SBG):

There are so many fun elements in this kit! And some amazing ATC-sized backgrounds.

Playing around again

Just playing around again with all the new stuff! It's so much fun to create layouts with the new backgrounds and elements, I just can't stop. Here you see two ATC-cards, made from parts of 12x12" layouts.

I have some other stuff, a kit, a border set and a sheet, on my wishlist for the AJC Project, now I found out how fun it is to create this kind of artistic layouts and ATC-cards:

I've decided just to wait and see what the first thing we have to do is, before I buy all things I like. The day after tomorrow this whole Art Journal Caravan really starts!

Playing around to get into the AJC

Now I got the 2 new kits for the AJC project I just had to play around with it and create a little me! For the first time ever I made a layout in ATC-size, just to see what will work best for my AJC-album. But I think I create 12x12" pages as a base and then make ATC's of those originals.

What I got new for this journey!

I don't have many kits in the style of the Steamer Trunk kit, but I really want to make this project in one style. So I now got new:

I really have to experiment with this kind of elements, because I never worked with this before. But that is a good thing and that's why I joined the Art Journal Caravan!

Cover Pages

I started with a cover page yesterday and was really happy about it.

But today, in my lunchbreak I started on another one, just to play around with the kit that belongs to this Art Journal Caravan. So I made this one too:

Now I just can't choose! I like them both, although they are very different.
The project starts at January 1st and will be finished on December 31th, so I still got the whole year to choose before I let my album printed.

On January 1st 2010 a very creative journey starts: the Art Journal Caravan {Expedition 2010}.
